We currently offer three hosting packages. All hosting packages include the same features below and are separated only by server space and monthly transfer.
Our current emphasis is offering a reliable and fast solution to experienced customers. If you are looking for "newbie" support at a below-market price, we would recommend that you look elsewhere. We do offer an excellent solution to someone who knows what they are doing and wants a server that will always be fast and available (we regularly go months between reboots....only for security patches).
We would also recommend our service to other small webhosts who need a remote server for their support site in case their main server goes down.
Space, transfer and cost:
- 100 MB/1 GB - $7/month
- 200 MB/2 GB - $12/month
- 400 MB/4 GB - $20/month
All plans offer the following features:
- Full cPanel functions (some listed below....if something you want is not listed, please ask). Please see this page for a full list of cPanel functionality.
- Apache 1.3.37, php 4.3.11, python 2.4, Perl, etc.
- Frontpage extensions on request (Note: Frontpage has been discontinued by Microsoft and may not be supported in the future.)
- Unlimited ftp & email accounts within the space allotment listed above.
- Unlimited email lists (MailMan).
- Unlimited mySQL databases within space allotment, subdomains, parked domains & addon domains
- Multiple cPanel themes available by request (Sims, Trix, RV & Ace themes) with CPSkins by default.
- Excellent uptime (144 days as of 02/08/07)
- Full ssh available on request with justification.
- Prompt basic support (server functionality but not "how do I set up an email account?" or "how do I ftp?")
- Offsite nightly backup setup on request (only files, mysql on request)
provided via rsync. Restore requests are billed based on time incurred at $25/hour
(we are happy to restore files but want to protect ourselves from long
time-consuming requests. If the files are important enough for you to need them back, you should be willing to pay a reasonable price for the time necessary. We recommend you do your own backups and treat ours as an emergency net that you will only pay for if you use them.)
- We provide support for initial DNS setup during the first
month of service. Beyond that, all DNS is handled automatically out of
cPanel and thus should not require support.
- Other php/mysql/perl app support available at an hourly rate.
We require upfront payment for 3 months initially with a 7 day money back guarantee to discourage transient customers and monthly payment after the first 3 months. Payment is via check or PayPal (credit cards accepted via Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to inquire. |
