One of the wonderful things about an online newsletter is that you can make changes from anywhere that you have internet access. However, there is a downside to that.

If you’re on a “public” computer (internet cafe, school), do NOT check the “Remember Me” checkbox (as shown in the image below) when logging in. If you do, your login information (name & password) is stored on that computer. While this is convenient on your own personal computer, it’s a big problem on a “public” computer where anyone can walk up after you, go the newsletter admin page (by looking at the pages you visited) and then have your rights to your newsletter (make new entries, edit existing ones, delete any entries).





This isn’t something to be paranoid about….but we’d like to prevent a minor detail like this from causing someone problems.
